Privacy notice

Last updated September 18, 2026

Lux Fire Pit Suites runs this shop. This notice says what we collect when you browse, join the early-access list, or buy, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

When you pay: Stripe collects your card details, billing address and email on its own pages; we never see the card number. Stripe passes us the email, the amount, and a payment reference. We store the email, the seats and show you reserved, the amount paid, whether the reservation email was sent, and whether the official tickets have been transferred.

When you start checkout: a salted, one-way hash of your connection’s IP address is kept for up to 24 hours to stop scripts from locking seats with repeated checkouts. The address itself is not stored.

When you join early access: we store the email you enter, an optional first name, and a salted one-way hash of your connection’s IP address (to stop signup spam). We do not store the address itself.

When you use site chat: the short message and the page you were on are relayed to our site assistant so it can answer. We keep a temporary reply slot for that browser session (a few hours) so the widget can show the answer. The assistant owns FAQ answers; this shop only relays. For a person, email tickets@luxfirepitsuites.com. There is no text-message channel.

In your browser: local storage remembers which seats this browser has seen sold, so the map stays accurate between page loads. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights on this host to measure traffic and performance. Those are first-party tools, not advertising trackers, and we do not sell that data.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments, receipts, disputes), Resend (sends the reservation and transfer emails), Neon (hosts the seat ledger database) and Vercel (hosts the site, plus first-party Analytics and Speed Insights). The site-chat assistant receives the short question you type so it can answer; this shop only relays it. Each acts on our instructions under its own privacy terms. Official tickets are transferred through Ticketmaster, which then holds your email under its own terms.

Checkout is preview/test — not live charges.

How we use it

To complete the sale, transfer your official tickets, send the reservation and transfer emails, respond to your questions, handle refunds and card disputes, keep the seat map honest, and — only with your consent — email you when new shows or seats go up. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing unless you asked (early access). You can opt out any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept through the show date plus the card-network dispute window (about 18 months after the show), then deleted or anonymised. Hold-limit hashes expire after 24 hours. Chat reply slots expire within a few hours. Early-access emails stay until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe. You can ask for your order record to be deleted earlier once the show has passed.

Your reservation page

The link in your reservation email opens a page showing your seats, a masked form of your email, and a QR code that links back to that page. Anyone with the link can see that page, so treat it like the email itself. The page is not indexed by search engines.
