Terms of sale

A paid reservation of specific, named seats in owner suite T4-1 (4 seats, handicap accessible) or T3-20 (10 seats, not handicap accessible) for one listed show. Seats sell in fixed pairs (1–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, 9–10). The seats you pick are where you sit. Unless you buy every seat in the suite, you share the fire pit with other fans — be respectful. Official Ticketmaster tickets for those seats transfer before the show and are how you enter.

What’s included: the seats. Food, drinks, wait staff, and restrooms are the venue’s — you pay the venue if you use them. VIP Parking is the only optional paid add-on on this shop; nothing else is bundled.

Official Ticketmaster tickets for your seats are transferred to the email address you entered at checkout no later than 7 days before the show. Accept the transfer in Ticketmaster. Those official tickets are how you enter. Your reservation page shows whether the transfer has happened.

If you want someone else to attend, forward the official tickets in Ticketmaster once you have them, or email us before the transfer to change the reservation email. You may not resell these seats without this shop’s written consent. Any resale must be relisted on this shop — we do not run a public resale marketplace. Do not list these seats on StubHub, SeatGeek, Facebook, or anywhere else; email us and we will try to relist them here. After official tickets are in your app, we cannot take them back.

If the show is cancelled before it starts, or we have not transferred official Ticketmaster tickets for your seats by the deadline in section 2 (including because the venue is not open — target Spring 2027 — or Ticketmaster does not allow the transfer), you get a full refund of everything you paid, including tax and any parking pass, to the card you paid with. Email us; refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Apart from section 3, sales are final: no refunds for change of plans, weather that does not cancel the show, or preferences about the seats once transferred. Once the show has started, no refund. If you paid for a pair that turned out to be sold to someone else first, you are refunded in full automatically and nothing is reserved.

You pay the listed seat price, plus an optional VIP Parking pass available at checkout, plus Texas sales tax at 8.25% (state 6.25% + local 2%) on the seats and on that parking pass. There are no extra fees besides the listed seat price, optional VIP Parking, and tax. The 8.25% is collected as Texas sales tax; whether this shop must remit it depends on its Texas sales tax permit status. Any tax collected on your reservation that is not remitted to the Texas Comptroller is refunded to you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows a Fire Pit Suite charge. Checkout is preview/test — not live charges.

VIP Parking is a pass for a preferred lot closer to Fire Pit Suite entry. One pass per order. It is delivered with the official tickets or by email before the show. If we cannot deliver a pass you paid for, that charge is refunded.

Entry, bag policy, re-entry, weather calls, curfew and conduct are the venue’s rules, not ours. Official tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms as well as these.

Email us first — most problems (a missing email, a transfer that has not arrived) are fixed the same day. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Nothing here limits rights you have under Texas consumer law.
